I'm a real estate investor based in Northeast Iowa. My wife Alesha and I buy properties using creative finance strategies: subject-to existing financing, seller finance, wraps, and contract for deed.

We operate across the Midwest with core markets in Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Alesha is a licensed Iowa real estate agent.
